Nationwide is great - the best customer service, I post on facebook and tell everyone about them.
OUTSTANDING - I recommend Nationwide to everyone - the customer service agents are always there to help. I have used them for years and have been approached by other insurance companies - THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD CHANGE. This is by far the best pet insurance out there.

Highly recommend
Our dog had some huge bladder stones and had to have surgery. We are so greatful we had insurance. They paid for most of her expenses. We recommend Nationwide to all our pet owning friends!

Understanding
I called about a mistake that was made on my recent claim for Danny. There were two medical issues and the amounts for each issue were switched. I was told that my rep would email me with an update but I haven't heard anything back yet. She may not have gotten the answer back as she sent the issue on. She was quite nice and I felt that she understood the issue.

Absolutely Worth the Cost!
If it weren't for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, we may not have been able to save our beloved Gracie. This year she has undergone three surgeries and an emergency hospitalization. Healthy Paws quickly covered the costs of all procedures in accordance with the terms of our policy without any hassle or debate. Submitting a claim for coverage could not be easier. Trupanion is a TRUE COMPANION!
We bought this insurance 8 years ago when our two Boxers were babies. Whew! Are we glad. It has definitely paid for itself! From surgeries for swallowing inappropriate objects to sudden onset of a Bells Palsy type of nerve issue where the jaw wouldn't work (McKenzie could not eat or drink on her own), you have been right there to save the day! And you do it quickly and happily! I have recommended you to every dog owner I know and a few a don't know and I will continue to do so. I see so many owners struggling to pay for expensive treatments and surgeries that their dogs really need. Some never get the treatment they need because the owner just can't afford it. It is so sad to see animals suffer when they don't have to. I am grateful that we made this important decision so many years ago. It has really saved the day and we haven't had to worry about if we should take the dog in to the vet or can we just ride it out and see if the problem goes away........ Trupanion is there each time. Such a relief.

Our Little Maltese, Diva Began Vo...
Our little Maltese, DIVA began vomiting. Since we have Pets Best, there was no hesitation to wait before calling a vet, to see if her symptoms stopped. So called her vet right away and took her in. A good thing! She needed blood work up, xray and meds plus a 2 night stay. Faxed her bill in and received $377 of the $466 back. Pretty amazing when your pet has better and more affordable insurance than you do!

Best thing we've ever done for our two boxers!
I would and i have recommended this company for the past 8 years! Malcolm, our little stinker, has used the insurance enough to pay the premiums in both dogs (almost ). Literally saved both dogs on different occasions. They have never argued our hesitated. They just thank you for taking care of your pet. Love them on our team!

Absolutely Amazing
We have used Embrace for two dogs now and I absolutely love them. I have never had any issues with this company with either of my dogs. Anytime there was additional information or if I had questions, the communication was flawless between myself and Embrace. They are very easy to use, will thoroughly explain anything and everything, and all in all a great company. I highly recommend them as I have told my coworkers and friends about them and to definitely check them out. I would rather have the insurance and not need it than not have it and need it.
