Had to call customer service twice to find out what was taking so long. Not sure what happened. Embrace advised they contacted my vet for previous health records. My vet advised request was not received. I called my vet to fax records. Customer service personnel was polite and friendly.

Process for claim submission was simple; preventative and illness could be on the same claim; very pleased to see the turn around time for processing and reimbursement was quick. Staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. I research several companies prior to selecting ASPCA.

My wire fox terrier Annabella has had coverage with Embrace since she was a puppy. She is almost 4 now and I would not be without This insurance company. They respond to you as needed, real people to talk to , fair and courteous- very helpful.

Healthy Paws has surpassed our expectations! We were hesitant to pay for pet insurance but finally decided, after hearing stories from others, that we should do it. We are now so thankful we did. Our dog had a partial tear in his knee that required surgery as he stopped putting weight on it and was hoping on three legs. Healthy Paws has supported us, both financially and personally, in having all the necessary appointments and procedures up to the day of surgery. Obviously the financial aspect is fabulous but even more so is that a few days out of his surgery, Healthy Paws followed up to check on how our dog was doing. That really amazed me and made me feel like they were truly there and invested in our dog baby. The process to submit a claim is easy and they have quick turn around timelines for processing, completing, and mailing the check for the claim. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws - they have been fabulous through a really unfortunate event.
