So Thankful
I am so very thankful for my pet insurance. I’ve had a really tough year with my little Bridgette Oatmeal and you guys have been with me every step of the way. There is such a feeling of relief that washes over you when you get that explanation of benefits email and you can see how your claim was handled. You guys have all been amazing to work with and have answered all of my questions along the way!

This insurance is worth the money
This insurance is worth the money. Austin is a rambunctious, busy Italian Greyhound. It's nice to know that we have some insurance to help if he needs it in an emergency.

Nationwide is ALWAYS by my dog’s side
I recently adopted a shelter dog and I immediately purchased Pet Insurance for her. Nationwide has been through the thick and thin with her medical issues. I recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to EVERYONE!

Dissatisfied with appeal process.
We are very unsatisfied with the amount of work we had to go through to appeal a pre-existing condition. We were careful dog parents and took our dog to the hospital because we thought he ate something. The hospital found nothing but yet Finn was noted by embrace as having a pre-existing condtion. It took several letters from the Quakertown veterinary hospital to obtain a refund. The original letters from experts were rejected due to either the verbiage or the orginator.

Pets Best was with us
Pets Best was with us throughout Granite's short life of 7 years and 10 months and that includes the bitter and sad end. We thank you for always being there for us. Blessings to the entire staff

Mocha's Vet visit
Everytime Mocha has a vet visit and I submit a claim to Nationwide it is always taken care of as quick as possible. I am very satisfied with the coverage that I have for my English Bulldog Macha.

Very impressed
Very satisfied with insurance so glad I had it, was hesitant at first but was well worth it since I have two cats who needed attention, it was very costly but got everything back I expected thank you Buddy and Bobby thank you
