Preventative coverage
We adopted a puppy from a rescue and wanted to get pet insurance both for the big things and also the little routine things. ASPCA looked to have the easiest add on coverage for that so we went with them. It'd be nice if some of the annual amounts were a little higher but it's still nice getting a little back for going to the vet and taking care of things.
From a service standpoint ASPCA has been responsive with claims and questions.

Wish I had insurance like this for myself!
I've had a couple of major unplanned health-related expenses for my Dog Freebie (poor choice of name), and ASPCA Pet Insurance coverage was great:
- Customer service is always friendly/sympathetic
- Processing is prompt
- Coverage is very reasonable
- The website is very well designed and easy to use.
I only wish my flexible spending and insurance for myself was as easy and as good as it is for my dog! Aspcepetinsurance should get into the people insurance business.
Aspcepetinsurance consistently exceeds your expectations. They're like the Amazon of pet insurance.

Best Pet Insurance Company
I have been using this company for 3 years. I recently searched other companies to insure a new Puppy. I was unable to find one that provides the kind of customer care that I have received from Pets Best. My older dog has a sensitive stomach and gets ill frequently. The ease of filing claims and the helpful customer service is the best there is. Their benefits and cost match most of the others. I am so glad my Pets and I are part of the Pets Best Family!

2 cats - great coverage
ASPCA is always timely with their reimbursements and I appreciate the notification when our yearly plan is about to renew. We have 2 cats with the wellness and injury/illness plan. We are happy with the service we have received from them and will continue to use them as our insurance provider for our boys.

Professional & efficient
The Embrace claim staff communicated very well, and provided fast responses. They stayed on top of my claim while I waited for a previous vet office in a different country to respond; great work.

very sick dog, very worried pet parents
When Frankie, our LH Dachshund refused to eat, we knew something was wrong. Our Vet ruled out several illnesses, but was concerned about an inflammation in the area of his pancreas. When x-rays did not clarify the situation, she ordered an ultrasound, which verified pancreatitis and not a more serious illness, ie, tumor. While Frankie's recovery has been slow, we are grateful; that ASPCA covered a major part of the cost, and that we were reimbursed quickly.
