The lack of the ability to have a person contact you other than e-mail is inconvenient, not everyone has a computer or Internet. Given all that they have covered on my dog I can say that the majority of the time I have received a prompt answer on the phone when I call and only been denied on my Boxer for saying his crutiate was preexisting, so now they will not cover the other knee.

We adopted a puppy from a rescue and wanted to get pet insurance both for the big things and also the little routine things. ASPCA looked to have the easiest add on coverage for that so we went with them.It'd be nice if some of the annual amounts were a little higher but it's still nice getting a little back for going to the vet and taking care of things. I have been using this company for 3 years. I recently searched other companies to insure a new Puppy. I was unable to find one that provides the kind of customer care that I have received from Pets Best. My older dog has a sensitive stomach and gets ill frequently. ASPCA is always timely with their reimbursements and I appreciate the notification when our yearly plan is about to renew. We have 2 cats with the wellness and injury/illness plan. We are happy with the service we have received from them and will continue to use them as our insurance provider for our boys.

The Embrace claim staff communicated very well, and provided fast responses. They stayed on top of my claim while I waited for a previous vet office in a different country to respond; great work.
