The claims review response process has slowed over the last few years.
Speaking to the rep on my last call to query two open claims, the rep advised the claims team was apparently now only reviewing claims submitted nearly 3 weeks ago.

Insurance has been helpful
I would give ASPCA a very good review. They covered by 16 year old Chihuahua mix from her mid life until her death at age 16. Other pet insurance companies wont even cover dogs older than 10. Also, when she finally passed away, they called and left me a very nice voicemail message offering their condolences.

Overall Was Good. Thought Some Of...
Overall was good. Thought some of the diagnostic testing should have been covered. Reason for thinking this is Nala had just been in for her yearly exam w this testing. I provided this documentation w the claim but it didn't seem to make a difference.
