My 10 1/2-Year-Old German Shephe...
My 10 1/2-year-old German Shepherd was diagnosed with osteosarcoma on February 15, 2017 I started sending in claims and was getting notifications back in a week that they were being paid out. Having PetsBest has allowed me to help my dog fight the cancer. We amputated his front right leg and did for chemo sessions along with bloodwork and x-rays. As of June 22 he is cancer free.

Fast service
This is our first experience with pet insurance and I believe we made the best choice going with Embrace. We met our deductible fairly quickly (unfortunately) and once the claims were submitted, we were reimbursed very soon after. As someone else stated, Embrace is not the cheapest coverage but I believe it is the best and the customer service is excellent.

So Grateful
I have had an outstanding experience with Embrace. They pay very promptly and are open to reviewing claims if there is an error. The customer service can't be beat. They have been an enormous help with my 4 year old cat Lionel. He has had a skin condition since January and I couldn't have afforded treatment without Embrace.
