She was unable to tell us why payment for 2 invoices was delayed. We are still wondering why the payment for claim number 2542963 was delayed about a week longer than the payment for the other invoices we submitted at the same time?

So Grateful

I have had an outstanding experience with Embrace. They pay very promptly and are open to reviewing claims if there is an error. The customer service can't be beat. They have been an enormous help with my 4 year old cat Lionel. He has had a skin condition since January and I couldn't have afforded treatment without Embrace.

New Puppy Visit

We went to our puppies first vet visit. The initial visit was $150. A vet coupon we had deducted $70 for the first visit and Pets Best covered another $75. All in all, we paid $5 for that first visit. No hassles, submitting the claim was done online. I took a picture of the bill and uploaded it to the Pets Best website. I was then reimbursed 2 days later via direct deposit. This was so easy and well worth it.

I Was Sceptical At First About Pe...

I was sceptical at first about pet insurance in general but with the new puppy in our family and seeing how expensive vet visits can get, I decided to take a chance. I decided on Pets Best because you provided coverage for regular visits along with emergency care. I have been very impressed and pleased. The monthly deductible seems fair and the ease of submitting a claim was incredible. Then, direct deposit into my checking account was icing on the cake. I am very happy I went with Pets Best pet insurance. Keep up the good work.

Good and caring Pet Insurance

My poor puppy broke his toe and had to see vet for a couple of weeks to change bandage. Sent all bills to Embrace and they were very prompt with these claims and also sending out checks to me to cover some of the cost, and also claims for his puppy shots were handled promptly.

Speedy service everytime

About 8-9 days from time the claim is sent in to the time a check gets in the mail . outstanding customer service and caring .

Thanks You so Much

To be very honest I would be that last person to purchase pet insurance, I always figured it was as scam or a waste of money. Then our family adopted Maddie and energetic,curious puppy who gets into everything. She came from the shelter with a month's free coverage from Hartsville Pet Insurance. I was reluctant to continue the coverage until I talked to a family member who has coverage for her cat. She convinced me to continue the coverage for Maddie 'just in case." Back in May we had a "just in case moment" with Maddie after she ate at least one, possibly two Aleve pain killers. She had to spend one full night at the emergency vet and the next few days going in to get fluids to flush out her kidneys. She is absolutely fine no residual effects at all and back to her crazy puppy self. The cost was almost $2,000 when all the vet bills were totaled. After we our $250.00 deductible was met we got re-reimbursed 90% of the total charges, close to $1,000. A Hartsville representative even followed up with a call to find out how Maddie was doing. As of today we up graded Maddie's policy from a level 2 to the Unlimited policy. Thanks to Hartsville Pet Maddie is well insured for what will no doubt be a long and adventure filled life.
