I have used PetsBest insurance since adopting our dog Griffin 7 years ago. I have always been pleased with the speed of reimbursement and if I need it, the assistance I have received over the phone. It is a very easy reimbursement process. PetsBest insurance has proven to be a great investment for us as Griffin's doctor bills are greatly reduced by this plan.

Online claim process was super easy. The claim was processed quickly and the information provided was easy to understand. I used to be a skeptic due years ago experiences with other insurances - but ASPCA was fast and easy, so I am a believer!

I was told by my vet to invest in health insurance for my puppy and she was right. I shopped around and ASPCA was my choice. I don't regret it. I have used it 4 times in the 6 months I have had my puppy. The claims are easy and quick. My only issue is that they don't have an app. The website is movie friendly which makes it just as easy as an app.

I wanted pet insurance for peace of mind, so that if something comes up I can take care of my dog without financial concerns. Healthy Paws has given me that peace of mind. I highly recommend them!

It was great when online submitted started but would be nice if multiple files can be uploaded to the same claim submission. Claim resolution has improved lots!

This was the first time I used the claims process. Previously I thought it might be cumbersome and didn't file other claims. On this occasion it was a very substantial amount so I researched the process and discovered it was far easier than I imagined. It was such a quick and easy process.
