Within minutes of submitting my claim, I was told it was received and being processed. Wonderful service, as always.

We have been experiencing some severe health issues, and thus were not able to file claims in a timely fashion. This company will deny your valid claims if they aren't filed according to their timeline; and to hell with you and your health issues!Shopping around for more understanding folks!

We have had Embrace insurance for our dog for the last three years. I have to say that I considered cancelling my policy because it was expensive and didn't cover any of the normal maintenance type bills (I don't have coverage for wellness just injury). Seemed like a waste of money but kept in case something tragic happened. I am SO glad I did! Our dog Lil G has been plagued with a limp for the last few months and we couldn't figure out the cause. After multiple visits to the our vet, physical therapists, surgeons, radiologists and finally a neurologist we figured out the cause. We have had about $4,000-$5,000 dollars in bills and still may have a long way to go with her treatment (hopefully not). Embrace has picked up 80% of the cost and has been a life saver to our family. I would highly recommend this insurance.

My 10 1/2-year-old German Shepherd was diagnosed with osteosarcoma on February 15, 2017 I started sending in claims and was getting notifications back in a week that they were being paid out. Having PetsBest has allowed me to help my dog fight the cancer. We amputated his front right leg and did for chemo sessions along with bloodwork and x-rays. As of June 22 he is cancer free.

This is our first experience with pet insurance and I believe we made the best choice going with Embrace. We met our deductible fairly quickly (unfortunately) and once the claims were submitted, we were reimbursed very soon after. As someone else stated, Embrace is not the cheapest coverage but I believe it is the best and the customer service is excellent.
