VERY PLEASED, SO FAR!!

I have been very pleased with Embrace Insurance so far. We signed up for the Wellness program, and had an orthopedic exam done on our chocolate lab, Maggie. We received email confirmation that they had received the exam report and a week later we received an email saying that they would be sending us a check for the exam. Very pleased!!

Quick response and caring personnel

Our 9 month old yellow lab swallowed one of our daughters socks. He didn't show signs of distress until a couple days later when he started vomiting. After talking with our vet (after hours),he advised us to take him to the local emergency animal clinic. They took ex-rays,and low and behold they saw a blockage and said he needed surgery. Everything went smoothly,he went home couple days later,and his recovery has progressed very well. We submitted all documentation to Embrace,they reviewed the claim and within 3 to 4 weeks we received an approval for a refund check. The bill was for over $4700 dollars,and our refund check(after all deductions) was over $ 3500 dollars. Anyone considering pet insurance should give Embrace every consideration.

Quick and Positive but not always accurate

Embrace staff are friendly and communicative, and their messages to me are timely, their replies to my questions and claims quick. However, they lost all the paperwork for a claim that was both mailed and faxed to them. If I had not asked one simple question that claim would never have been processed. They also confused the information I sent regarding my vet and requested information from vets I have never been to, heard of or communicated with. However once again their response was quick, friendly and professional. It seem to be all straightened out now and I am glad as I enjoy doing business with them overall.

Quick Refunds!

I am so happy I decided to purchase Embrace Pet Insurance for my dog when he was a puppy - I get refunded 80% of nearly all of his vet bills, plus $200 of wellness refunds every year (that cover things like his annual checkup and shots). After the first instance where my pup got sick and I had a $1,200 vet bill to pay, I knew buying Embrace Insurance was well worth it! On top of that, they issue the refunds super quickly after I submit his claim... often within a few days! I'd recommend this pet insurance to anyone with a furry loved one!

Wellness Refund Was Easy

I was very please that all three wellness claims (2 dogs) went smoother than I had expected. The form and fax was easy, the payment back was super quick... I will definitely renew !.... Great Job!

Thrilled with Embrace

We got our first dog last month and people recommended getting pet insurance. After getting people's advice and also researching different pet insurances (because there are many & some have horrible reviews) we decided to go with Embrace because it came highly recommended. I submitted my first claim on Monday, received an email on Tuesday that they were in receipt of my paperwork and received another email today that they claim has been processed and a check is in the mail. Amazing! I know I chose the right insurance for my dog.

Very Happy Pet Owner!

After an acute knee injury, we were devastated when we learned that our crazy 2 year old yellow lab 'Rosie" was going to need surgery to repair a cruciate ligament and meniscus tear. Submitting the claim forms with Pets Best was simple and effortless. I submitted claims using both the Pet's Best online customer service option and also via email. I called the Pets Best Customer service team and not only did I actually speak to a representative but they were kind, friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. Communications from Pets Best informing me of the progress of my claim was quick and efficient. My veterinarian received payment much sooner than we expected! I had evaluated several pet insurance options before selecting Pets Best. Pets Best has definitely proven to be everything and more than I expected both with pricing and coverage. I would highly recommend Pets Best Insurance.

Great Coverage

Embrace Pet Insurance is reliable and prompt. My 4-year-old Corgi-Lab mix, my Corgador as I call her, had to have emergency surgery at Kansas State University Veterinary Medical Center. She's one of those dogs with short legs and a long spine, which can spell disc problems. I came home one evening to discover that her hind legs were paralysed. I had to drive four hours to get her to a veterinarian that could perform the surgery--the faster you get them to the operating room, the more likely they will regain mobility in their back legs. Long story short, she racked up a pretty hefty bill--but she is fine, and fully recovered. I submitted my claim and Embrace reimbursed me within two weeks. They didn't question the emergency surgery or any charges. I would recommend them--and have recommended them to new dog owners. They are prompt and professional. With insurance, I feel like I don't have to choose between my pet and my pocketbook. Good company, good service.

Pleased with this insurance

I obtained insurance for my Abyssinian kitten because I had a real problem with his predecessor - who wasn't insured. I checked out several companies and chose ASPCA. I have been pleased with the response to the claims I have made - for neutering, for example. The reimbursement was quick and without any beuracratic delay.

Best Ever!

My two dachshunds have been insured through Embrace for a number of years and I've had a wonderful experience with the company. Each claim and inquiry is responded to promptly and I've never had a claim rejected. The reason I selected Embrace is because it doesn't exclude coverage of illness/injury that dachshunds are prone to (back issues). I highly recommend Embrace to anyone looking for quality coverage and customer service.
