Every time I call and speak to someone, I am always shown concern and empathy about what is going on with one of my "kids". Everyone is polite and is able to answer my questions and take away a piece of the worry that I have. The insurance coverage helps me to cover the expenses so I can have more time with my kids.

Still on the fence.
Still on the fence. Ashley was very nice and helpful. But its been a month and still no word yet about my claim and if I'm getting any money back. I was under the impression that because it was sent in from the Vets office that it would be processed more timely and you covered more then Nationwide. Still waiting to see what the decision is

Best Pet Insurance Ever!!!
I've had Healthy Paws Insurance for 10 years for our boy, Buddy!
