So happy I had insurance
I have my house and vehicles insured with Auto Owners....having discovered that Pet's Best is part of Auto Owners it should surprise me that my experience was so easy and user friendly to use.

Raise your rates every year.
First I say when I initial insured my dog with them everything seemed fine. Responsive customer service and the like. Then after the first year with no claims raised my rates $5 per year 45-50. My dog was 1 year old. Since that time they have raised it every year. He just turned 5 and they have now raised it to $87 for 2021. I have filed one claim in the 5 years I have had him.
This is a complete RIPOFF. So just to see what would happen I went back to their website and entered a factious pet with the same information as my dog, current weight and age with the same benefits. The quote I received ..... $47 ??????
So they get you on the hook and then increase your premiums every year. What a scam. I'm not real sure how they end up with such high rating every year. They probably have people or employee pad their reviews.
Unless you like getting ripped off I would recommend not using them.

Super Quick and Easy to Use
I've used Lemonade for my previous claims and it couldn't be simpler. They actually caught some things after my first submission that i didn't put in and were able to quickly adjust and help me save more money on my claim. Nothing but positives in my first two months of Lemonade.

Love this pet insurance! Such a good decision.
First of all, so glad I decided to get pet insurance. It earned its worth within 2 months when our puppy, Pretzel, got unexplainably very ill. The price is very reasonable (so much less than I expected!). The customer service is phenomenal— they are fast, super friendly, and easy to communicate with. The app makes it insanely easy to make a claim & is user friendly. The only things I don’t love are: having to record videos of yourself explaining what happened (personal opinion; I just don’t like it) and not having better rates for multiple pets. Overall, I am glad I went with Lemonade & am thoroughly pleased with them thus far.
