Always great customer service and all the coverage I expected!
I've been using Embrace for 7 years now to cover my GIANT dog (Mastiff/Great Dane), and I've had consistently positive experiences. The coverage has been exactly as expected and the customer service has exceeded my expectations... they are quick, compassionate, and thorough.

Very kind
The rep was very kind in helping me address an issue with my deceased dog. She was knowledgeable and even made an extra call to ensure the outcome was correct. This is one of the reasons I continue to recommend Trupanion to anyone with a pet or who asks about insurance. Thank you for being a wonderful and customer oriented company. Please never change that aspect of your corporate values.

Awesome Insurance
I can't say enough good things about Embrace. Before joining Embrace we had a different insurer. The monthly cost was almost $35/mo more than Embrace when I obtained the quote. In addition to being cheaper, Embrace offered more coverage than the other insurer. We have had to use Embrace more than once this past year, and I have never had an issue with our claims. Embrace is awesome!

It saved my dogs leg because I could not have spent 3000$on her.
I would suggest anyone owning a new puppy get this. I would also suggest getting the 0 deductible since I first chose the 300 deductible I have since changed to the 0 deductible knowing she can receive the very best care for the rest of her life and knowing I can afford it.

Questions
I could have avoided the call if I had been previously informed that more info was required. It was also my understanding that you would contact the Hope Center for all records that were lacking (which would have resolved my issue sooner). After calling, I received an email that merely said you needed an itemization of the charges -- I have sent a request on to the surgeons, but was wondering why this was not directed to the surgeon directly?

Second knee surgery for my girl! She was in so much pain before surgery.
No problems with filing claims or getting paid. Thank you once again. Although I had to make adjustments to coverage, all went well.
