Excellent, very knowledgeable Customer Service

Because Kathleen Goldstein was very knowledgeable of the different policies and she was very helpful, patient, I had checked out other Insurances but the information she gave me, made my decision to go with Trupanion, it seems like a really good policy that I have chosen for my dog.

Appeal process seems straightforward

I do really appreciate Trupanion a lot - and I always recommend you guys. This time around though my claim was filed under a new issue even though it wasn't as the diagnosis has changed, so I am having my vet appeal that decision. The appeal process seems really easy and Allison on Customer Service was really helpful and friendly.
