It's been a good experience for me and honey
I was able to do the complete claim process from my Samsung galaxy. I downloaded information from the pets best website and everything was very easy to understand. I received payment a week after submitting the claim. Had to take my dog to emergency vet.

Embrace has an excuse that they're using
I have been with Embrace for four years now, and I am finding for one excuse or another they will not honor my claims for either of my dogs.
1. When I got the insurance for both dogs, I got the sense from reviews that Embrace was one of the best. It is standard procedure for any insurance company to look at the vet's records at the time the policy is first started to see if there are any preexisting conditions, as well as to have a month waiting period before you can file claims. My min pin Duke was initially declared to Embrace to only have an orthopedic condition. During my month wait, I had to take Duke once for a skin infection and again later in the month for an ear infection. I paid for both. During that waiting period, Embrace called my vet for the records for that month, saw my two visits and reasons, and then claimed both of those infections for Duke as preexisting conditions (I didn't even know until today that they would not cover ear infections). The company said if I made no skin infection claims for a year that skin infections would be taken off the policy as a preexisting condition. I paid the vet bill for a year the times he had skin infections to eliminate the restriction. What I didn't know was that Embrace calls into vet centers regularly to get updates on even the unclaimed services the vet provides. So to this day, I am not covered with Duke for two conditions he needs sometimes.
2. My other dog Joshua, a boxer, just passed away in July from cancer. His bill was very high at the vet, so I called Embrace shortly after he passed to make sure I could still get coverage so I could "roll" the money I get back from Embrace to help pay his entire bill. I just found out in call I placed a half-hour ago that Embrace only covers claims for two months after a dog or cat dies. Why wasn't I told this in July? Consequently, I am stuck with a still high medical bill for Joshua.
All because of the need to be cost-effective, after thousands of dollars spent for four years on the two dogs, my Embrace policies are little good to me now. I have cancelled Duke's policy. Perhaps all of this is in the fine writing in the insurance policy, but many Embrace clients suffer like me from poor communication from the company. When shopping for pet insurance, please keep my problems in mind.

Well done!
I thought my payment was supposed to be processed and had been declined. The representative, sent me an email later that evening confirming my payment went through prior to her leaving that evening. My payment had not failed and was on time- but I was worried. It was very sweet and professional of her to send me the email to put me at ease. It made it easier for me; I didn't have to look in my bank account. Please thank Customer Service / Account Representative for a job well done!

This insurance really has been a god-send for me and Zeus...
My 13 and 1/2 year old cat developed a serious bowel disorder, the treatment of which cost me over $6000. I insured him roughly 6 months before he developed this problem and paid $58 per month. Without any arguing about the bills, I was reimbursed for 90% of this cost, including medicines, which are expensive. He is now doing much better and it is such a relief to me...

Contented customer
I have been with Embrace since I arrived in the US in 2013. I am fortunate to have had a fairly healthy dog until recently. All claims that I have submitted have been processed as expected, with a prompt response time and customer service.

Can't recommend highly enough to anyone with a pet
There are few services, especially insurance, that do what they say they'll do and in a timely manner. Embrace has never let me down. Anytime either of my dogs has had a problem and we've gone to the vet, the claim has been promptly reviewed and swiftly paid. I recommend them to all my friends. This is my 3rd pet I've covered with them. No need to look elsewhere.

Fantastic Pet Insurance Company
This company is fantastic! My dog had 3 major surgeries in 13 months totaling nearly $14,000.00 and Embrace covered all of them. Their customer service is excellent. The claims filing and reimbursement process is fast and simple. It is peace of mind knowing that Embrace is there for my beloved dog. I would never be without Embrace and I highly recommend this company to all current and future pet owners. Thank you Embrace.

Excellent fast service, impressive company
Both our dobermans have been on trupanion as soon as we could sign them up. They have had to have surgeries due to eating toys and Trupanion was right there helping and letting us know within minutes how much they would cover which was 90 percent as stated in their agreement. Very grateful to them for the help and for the swiftness of letting us know. Love trupanion!!

Only one complaint
My only complaint is that rehab and acupuncture are not covered by the basic policy.
