Nationwide is a Godsend!!
Nationwide has been absolutely phenomenal if only my own health benefits were as great as our puppy Sammie's! Their claims process is seamless and have ensured our puppy, Sammie, has remained healthy and happy by reimbursing all of our claims! He is a Samoyed puppy and has been sick a few times as well as bit by another dog at daycare. We feel so safe knowing we are able to run him to the vet at anytime to make sure he is okay without worrying about a huge bill! We appreciate Nationwide and the service they have provided us and Sammie it has been invaluable. Thank you thank you thank you! Nationwide is on Sammie's side!!

Great insurance, great service, great price
I have had ASPCA Pet Health Insurance for my cats for 15 years. The new complete coverage policy is a reasonable price. I have had to use the coverage a number of times, and the customer service could not be faster or better. I'm impressed with the telephone calls I have received to find out how my cats are doing. The customer service representatives are polite and friendly. I enjoy talking to them.

Great customer service!
My poor cat had a urinary problem as indiscriminately peed. Took her to the vet with urine sample. She got a shot and is fine again. ASPCA reimbursed a lot of the cost!

Simple claims filing procedures and affordable full coverage.
I have career spanning over 20 years working at one of the most well known health insurance carriers in the country. I know everything there is to know about the health insurance industry and all the processes and procedures from implementation to claims payments and everything in between. I strive to provide the most efficient, accurate, and personable customer service and I expect the same from anyone providing me customer service. I am very impressed and pleased with the products and services, not to mention the reasonable premium rates that Nationwide has provided me and my furry babies. The ease of claims submissions is very important as a customer and the excellent turn around time on finalizing claims and receiving my reimbursement check is top notch. We unfortunately recently lost one of our pets and Nationwide so kindly sent us multiple communications expressing their sympathy and willingness to assist and answer any questions we may have had. I am extremely pleased with Nationwide and would recommend their products and services in regards to pet insurance to anyone.

Great and prompt service!
Insurance companies are usually not easy to deal with, and it takes forever to get the paperwork in and processed etc etc. Not this time! All of my paperwork was in and processed in 24 hours, checks were in the mail almost immediately, even my vet says Embrace was one of the easiest insurance groups they've dealt with. And when I called to ask questions, everyone was friendly and helpful! I recommend Embrace to all the pet people I know.

ASPCA gives me peace of mind
Have had urinary issues and needed to go to ER with 2 cats. So glad I have vet insurance as always get prompt payment and explanations. When I call, have always had nice people on the phone who truly care about me and my furbabies.
