Getting this insurance for my dog 11 years ago was the best decision. Now that she is I'm her senior years I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this insurance Claims are processed quickly I strongly recommend Tru Panion to everyone

Trupanion has been great to work with.

Trupanion has been great to work with. Their online portal is user friendly and makes submitting a claim simple. Their review is quick and they give plenty of updates both through email and text. Customer service is also very responsive. I feel like my pets are cared for through Trupanion.

I need coverage that I’m not getting

My dog has a constant problem with the anal glands not expressing on their own. I understand that this is not covered in the insurance plan. However, it is an ongoing issue that comes out of my pocket every month.

Natalie— the pet friend that helped me was very thorough with exposing e writhing to me. There was also an issue with an invoice that I submitted and she reached out to the claims department for me to get the credit taken off of my deductible!

When Vet Services are needed

Our vet faxes the form and medical records to trupanion and if applicable, trupanion deposits payments directly to our bank account. It can't get much better than that.

Great company to work with

Very quick response with my payment. I submitted the claim once my pup was out of surgery. My vet clinic didn’t direct bill to Trupanion. So I had to pay the full amount up front. Needless to say I wasn’t too happy about that. But Trupanion had my money back to my account the next week!
