I swore when I got my next cat we would get health insurance for him/her. So I did. At that time there weren't that many pet insurance companies out there and since I am an ASPCA Guardian I went with them. It's been twelve years now and my cat has various health problems and the insurance has helped me a lot in paying vet bills. I can submit claims online or via my phone and have the money put directly into my bank. They have been very good in paying for her health problems and in a timely fashion. And I always get a phone call from them after I have had a claim to see how we both are doing and they are always so nice.

I have been really happy with Embrace since we started with them about 6 or 7 months ago. I recently had a claim problem because when my lab needed two damaged teeth removed, the vet also cleaned her teeth, which had just been cleaned a few months ago. So that kicked the claim out as a duplicate claim. I contacted Embrace, who contacted the vet to find out that they just did an extra touch up cleaning while she was under and having the two damaged teeth removed. Embrace covered the claim, which did have a deductible, but that was fine because now she has met the deductible. I still received a good portion of the expense back, so I was very happy. I am hoping that she won't need any other treatments this year! Thanks so much to Embrace for getting the claim accepted!

Claims are processed quickly and covered as promised. Rates are not increased if your pet simply had a bad medical year. Embrace is honest, ethical and reliable. I think it is the best pet insurance out there. No question.

After two doggies expensive health bills, I decided to purchase Trupanion coverage. I compared policies from every company that offered them. I have been with Trupanion for 5 years and have had my beautiful little shih tzu suffer both a brain tumor and lymphoma. Trupanion has handled each claim speedily, has addressed my questions with sensitivity, and courtesy, and is truly the best decision I made besides filling the void after losing my second doggie with this loving creature. I feel that you folks love dogs as much as owners do.
