They Saved my Dog's Life
My policy with Pet's Best saved me from having to make a tough decision for my dog due to the excessive high cost of a long hospitalization. My 12-week-old puppy contracted leptospirosis and fell severely ill and required 10 days of hospitalization in the ICU. Knowing I had this policy meant that I could provide this care and he is home and back to his young self! The initial claims did take time to process, but they caught up quickly and processed all my claims for him at once!
To make things easier ask your vet for the notes and records of the visit/ hospitalization and upload those to the website, this will save time as that is one less thing that they will need to do to process your claim.

Grateful for Trupanion
My dog Luffy undercame vomiting and diarrhea suddenly one day and was rushed to the nearby 24 hour Veterinarian Emergency Group. Being this was the first time I’ve ever had an emergency for a pet I was afraid for Luffy but knew he needed medical attention and decided his health was more important than the bills. Turned out he had to spend 4 nights in the ER, and what we thought was just an obstruction in his stomach was also impacted by intestinal issues. My girlfriend opened a CareCredit line and I had to use several credit cards to cover the charges. Luckily for us, Trupanion made the claims easy and gave us a sense of relief. Though I was initially skeptical about pet insurances I will make it a priority to have any pet we adopt in the future insured.
Thank you Trupanion! You guys have no idea how much you guys have really helped us! We’re really grateful.

Trupanion coverage has paid for itself!
Trupanion has been extremely easy to make claims and receive reimbursements. Plus, my vet's front office staff can usually process the claim with Trupanion and get my reimbursement paid before I leave the clinic! Super easy and convenient. I am very grateful to have Trupanion insurance on my youngest dog!
