Your customer service agent was outstanding! He was very polite and thorough. I very much appreciated his well wishes for my sick dog and he even inquired about the well-being of my other dog. I have never had one issue with customer service or claims processing in the 7 years my dog has been insured.

I swore when I got my next cat we would get health insurance for him/her. So I did. At that time there weren't that many pet insurance companies out there and since I am an ASPCA Guardian I went with them. It's been twelve years now and my cat has various health problems and the insurance has helped me a lot in paying vet bills. I can submit claims online or via my phone and have the money put directly into my bank. They have been very good in paying for her health problems and in a timely fashion. And I always get a phone call from them after I have had a claim to see how we both are doing and they are always so nice.

I have been really happy with Embrace since we started with them about 6 or 7 months ago. I recently had a claim problem because when my lab needed two damaged teeth removed, the vet also cleaned her teeth, which had just been cleaned a few months ago. So that kicked the claim out as a duplicate claim. I contacted Embrace, who contacted the vet to find out that they just did an extra touch up cleaning while she was under and having the two damaged teeth removed. Embrace covered the claim, which did have a deductible, but that was fine because now she has met the deductible. I still received a good portion of the expense back, so I was very happy. I am hoping that she won't need any other treatments this year! Thanks so much to Embrace for getting the claim accepted!

Claims are processed quickly and covered as promised. Rates are not increased if your pet simply had a bad medical year. Embrace is honest, ethical and reliable. I think it is the best pet insurance out there. No question.

Trupanion allowed Odessa a future with our family. Each representative was caring and easy to talk to, they also facilitated communication between the vet and us. Allowing the surgeon to provide everything she needed without having to worry about a budget! Such a heavy financial weight lifted and I will always keep my pets insured through Trupanion.
