Best Insurance for Pets
I have had Healthy Paws since both of my Shih Tzu's were puppies. Both have had substantial vet bills. Healthy Paws has reimbursed on vet bills promptly and it couldn't be any easier to file a claim. Premiums have increased only minimally so far. I am so pleased with Healthy Paws!!

Best Pet insurance Metlife
Fantastic, so glad I chose Metlife and so glad I went to Acacia Animal Hospital. Every time I called Metlife they always helped me with all my questions and concerns. And so nice and no problems with my reimbursements, love them

The Best for You & Your Pet
Trupanion is worth every penny. The customer care representatives are excellent! They clearly and succently answer any type of clients questions, resolve issues in real time and are a delight to deal with. Trupanion exceeds all my expectations!

Avoid at all costs
They routinely lost my pet's information and claims, their customer service was abysmal, and they made an already heartbreaking time even more agonizing, stay away from them if you value your pet's life and your sanity.

BEWARE—Total Rip Off
We’ve had HP for 7 years…never filed a claim. We filed a claim recently for allergy treatment. Rejected initially as a “wellness visit”. Revisited after I complained. One week later premium increased from 250 to 550 a month.

Quick and easy
Filing a claim w Lemonade has proven to be quick and easy. I put the claim through via my phone and w in hours it was reviewed and approved. The payment for services was in my bank account in 2 days. It was truly an easy experience.

Don't USE FETCH
Fetch is the worst Pet insurance company i have ever dealt with. Deny a claim after repeating requests for documents..Dont worry .. the requests are all BOT Chat messages.. They somehow don't receive your documents.. than deny your claim.. Never answer email requests. Never gave me the detailed information I requested. MY Emergency costs were denied, all vet visit costs denied.. I can bet any good reviews for Fetch are not genuine..

Trupanion has always refunded/paid within minutes
My miniature Australian Shepherd has an ongoing illness, when the vet submits a payment request to Trupanion, they pay within minutes even before I leave the vet's office.

I LOVE Healthy Paws! Ghillie is the second dog we have insured through Healthy Paws, and we could not be happier.
