I must admit this has more to do with the people when I call with questions They are always extremely helpful and the fact that they can understand and speak English it makes the whole conversation flow that much easier. As far as the insurance. I hate that it is 3x what it was when we first got it. Especially when we were promised it would not increase. My health care doesnt increase as much as this does. But overall happy to have the insurance and that you pay the claims in a very timely manner. Most helpful.

This is the best pet insurance I have ever found and I did a TON of research before deciding on Figo. I even recommend it to everyone I know, or will listen. The plans cover things I would never have even thought about being covered. Only pet insurance company that offers 100% coverage after a yearly deductible.

I called to verify that biopsies treatments for my pug would be covered. The pre-approval process was smooth and quick. We were able to get pre-approval and the biopsies done on the same day within a couple hours of initial call. Thank you.

No joke a few hours ago I got a phone call from our dog's veterinarian asking me why I like Trupanion so much because she was shopping for insurance for her own dog and she knows how much I love Trupanion!

Figo has been cooperative, helpful, sympathetic and committed to the health and well being of our two Great Danes. We loved Figo for our older Dane and would not have gone to anyone else when we got our younger Dane.

I'm so glad I did, because at five months old, she was diagnosed with four major heart problems requiring A LOT of medications and frequent visits to her regular vet and a veterinary cardiologist. I chose ASPCA after comparing it with a few other top brands. ASPCA seemed to provide the most in-depth coverage for the rates. In six months, ASPCA insurance has paid out thousands of dollars to cover expensive procedures and medications. The online/app claims process is super easy, and the one time I did have a question, the phone support was great.
