Surgery success
You guys never let me down. Vet bills are always stressful, but it helps so much knowing claims are easy to make. I’ve had to make several claims and each time I get quick approval with the latest surgery being no different from biopsy to removal. The direct deposit payouts help so much. Thanks!

Peace of Mind
No hassle in receiving pymts to my Vet. Reasonable rates. Great having peace of mind when I have to get any treatment for my fur baby. The only thing I was sorry about was that I didn't get the Add on for physo therapy. Never thinking my baby would need it but he did after 2 surgeries.

Healthy Paws saved my dog
They have taken such amazing care of my dogs.
My 4 year old Cavalier was run over by a truck and the doctors assumed I would have him euthanized because of the cost estimate.
I love my boy and thanks to Healthy Paws, he got the best care and is doing great 4 years later.

Trupanion is the best!!
Bella has two issues; one is Periodontal Disease and the other is lower back issues. Every time I call Trupanion, they are so helpful and caring. And when I submit a claim form, they always send me an email telling me they have received it and will get back to me. I just submitted a claim (for Bella’s meds) on Nov 26th and on Nov 27th, they sent me an approval email and they will deposit money in my bank account. I would recommend them to anyone who wants pet insurance!!

Exceptional Service!!!
Amazing!!! You help us save my dog from a terrible illness. The claim process is the easiest I’ve ever used and the payment is in our account within a couple of days. I can’t thank-you enough. All of the phone operators are so caring and empathetic!!!

Join up process easy - disappointed that I was offered to join without join up fee, but that offer was withdrawn when I actually joined
The actual sign up was easy. I was disappointed because I had asked for a quote a few days earlier and I received an email offering to waive the joinup fee if I signed up immediately. I was not able to sign up that day, and was frustrated to see that I had to pay the join up fee. It almost made me reconsider joining.
