I love Figo, and you will, too!
I am so beyond grateful for Figo. Early this year, I filed my first claim, and it was a big one ($1200+). What seemed like a minor dental issue (a lost tooth) ended up being indicative of significant damage to 8 of my dog's teeth, something that could only be caught during an in-depth dental cleaning and had therefore been missed in regular check ups and by the rescue where I got my pup. Uploading documents to Figo's site was so easy I thought for sure I had done it wrong, and I received my claims check so fast (I don't remember exactly the timeline, but it was not more than two weeks later). Then, a week or so after my claim was closed, I received a card from Figo saying they were thinking of me and my pup and wishing her a speedy recovery.
I am so accustomed to human insurance putting me through the ringer with having standard claims denied and spending hours on the phone to get basic care covered. It's such a relief knowing that my furbabies are in good hands. Surgery is stressful enough, and I really can't express what a relief it was for this part of the process to be so smooth and easy. I spent HOURS researching different pet insurances, but ultimately felt like Figo cover the most for the best prices. I was already please with how quickly and easily they handled my claim, and sending a get well card was a cherry on top. I feel like Figo is a company run by people who have and love pets, and ultimately, that's who I want handling my pets' insurance.

Quality Insurance and Fantastic Customer Service
I have two of my GSD dogs on Trupanion, both are competition dogs in dog sport (IPO). I have unfortunately had to file insurance claims on both dogs. Trupanion was compassionate, thorough, and fast! They made the process so much easier when having to deal with an injury and/or illness. The staff ask you about your dogs, and remember little details. Filing online was super easy, and payment was within 7 days each time! We have 90% coverage, $200 deductible, and a comprehensive/holistic care rider. It has saved me THOUSANDS! Thank you Trupanion!

No words can truly express how grateful I am to have my pups insured with the best. To me, that’s Embrace.
Thank you all at Embrace for your kinds words and support during a terribly difficult time with our Chloe. Sadly we lost our little girl. She was only 7. They light a candle for our sweet Chloe. How thoughtful that was!
Additionally a representative was so helpful at a horrible time when Chloe was in the ER. She followed through, went 1,000 extra miles to help us.
Everyone of you them are amazing and we are so thankful for all they have done.

Helpful people, quick claim settlement
The people I spoke with on the phone prior to my dog’s surgery were kind and helpful. Submitting the claim was easy. Within 24 hours, I got email confirming them receiving my claim. I got the check reimbursing me for vet bills within a week.
