Incredible insurance!
Wow! Talk about such a seamless process from start to finish, and how easy to use this insurance is! We are loving our coverage and care so far, and have already received our first reimbursement check in the mail from a wellness visit. Would absolutely recommend!

Easy, no hassle way to get reimbursed.
My dog had ACL surgery. I had numerous invoices and it was very easy to scan all of them onto the Pets Best site. I received notification within 24 hours and payment within a week. It's an easy, no hassle way to get reimbursed. Keep up the great service.

Easy & Worth it

Fast, easy, convenient, care for my pet
Ifs as easy as dropping my vet statement in the mail, and waiting for the deposit into my account. Fast, easy, hassle free. Very nice claims division. You actually talk to a human, and they’re very kind and friendly!

Thank God for Embrace... we are able to do what is best for our dgos!
We have 2 Newfoundlands and one had 2 surgeries over the last year and now we have to budget for our other one to get similar surgeries. Thank God we choose to use Embrace as our pet insurance. The customer service representative I spoke to today was patient, kind and went above and beyond to help me. No one including companies are perfect however I definitely give Embrace 10 stars!
