Fantastic service!

I never had pet insurance before but now have it for my golden retrievers. All I can say is this company has been phenomenal! I have made claims on both dogs and the service is outstanding! Prompt and just as it should be.

Claim filing is fast and easy

Filing a claim took me less than 5 minutes. The form is short and simple. The benefit statements sent to me afterward were easy to understand and reimbursement was prompt.

Highly Recommend Embrace

I did my homework and decided to go with an insurer that would pay based on the bill not pay on a schedule of allowables.... Then when my Bernese Mountain dog had a large claim this past November, they promptly paid based on the bill... Excellent... Customer services was both courteous and prompt.

I Chose the Best Pet Insurance

We had a rescue ( Terrier mix)who got into something toxic on her paws (we think), then ingested it when grooming herself.She had a emergency visit to the vet. The following day had to be admitted into the Vet. hospital for 4 days. Although they thought she would pull through, she did not. She went into renal failure. Pets Best was very fast with the claims. Couldn't be nicer when I had to call with questions. Pets Best even sent a sympathy card to us.Pets Best was an ease of mind during a very difficult time!

Easy Breezy reimbursements!

Embrace rocks! We had a different Insurance company with our first dog and it was always a tedious chore trying to collect our claims. They almost always wanted more documentation and found any excuse to deny claims. Embrace is just the opposite! I have policies for both my doggies for the past 5 years and have never had a problem with them!

Couldn't Find Better Insurance

Healthy Paws took care of my little pug, Lucy. She's only six months old, and like most puppies, gets into everything. She began throwing up and had a high temperature. When I brought her to the vet, they figured out she had gotten into something because her liver values were sky high (she had gone into shock). She stayed for four days. Because Healthy Paws had my back, I knew I didn't have to choose between giving her the care she needed, or letting her go. Four days later, she was a bouncing, healthy baby again, and just a few days after that, I received my reimbursement check from Healthy Paws. They covered exactly what they said they would. I love this company! I recommended them to all my friends and family. Plus, the person on the phone and web were all so pleasant!!

Embrace has been extremely responsive

I adopted a Greyhound from the race track and, although she is very young, she has had a couple of health issues. The claim process was very easy and Embrace approved these claims and processed them very quickly. They are a vast improvement over the other health coverage I had in the past. I would highly recommend them.

Exceeded my expectations.

I'm gonna have to rate Embrace at a 10. Embrace has covered everything they said they would. i have had to file 11 claims so far. not one issue. they process the claim rather quickly. 1-2 weeks and i have my check. i have used other companies before with previous pets and, Embrace has by far exceeded my expectations. one thing to point out. i mailed my claims in, but if you fax them it will be much faster. about a week. keep copies of the claim form in your cars so the vet can fill them out right away. i very rarely write reviews, but Embrace has earned it, 100% satisfied.

STRESS FREE and Customer Service ROCKS!!!

I can't rave enough about this pet insurance and their customer service!!! I adopted a Cane Corso last year, and purchased this insurance because I simply figured, big dog/big bills..someday...little did I know it would be the following year. Simple points why I'm with this insurance company: a. They say what they mean on their site. Yes, there's a grace period when one must be insured with them, which isn't long at all. And they DO insure your pet regardless of age or prior conditions. Herzog had had issues prior to adoption, and still he was covered, and he's not a puppy. b. For those of us whom aren't rich, it's really comforting to be reimbursed within LESS THAN A WEEK of submitting ones' claim. It really makes going to the vet and getting help less stressful mentally and financially! Herzog tore his CCL and had TPLO surgery, everything from x-rays to pain medication to surgery, was all covered 90% and back in my wallet within days! It really is a stress reliever, especially since we have to go through this again in a few weeks, and extra large breed dogs have extra large bills.... c. When I made my first phone call, I got a real person on the phone. Whom was so pleasant, patient, and informative...as in, I made one phone call, got one person, and didn't get switched/moved to another person, she was able to answer all questions and provide information for what I didn't know. d. Have you ever received a follow up letter/call asking how your pet is doing from the insurance company? Asking only about how your pet is healing and sending good wishes...it's not necessary to do this, but talk about customer service and being simply considerate!!!! Whether we are sitting in the Vet's waiting room, or when people walk by asking what happened, I always talk about "THANK GOD I GOT INSURANCE....We use Healthy Paws...it's more than paid for itself..."
