The problem is the categorization of the pet's illness.

The problem is the categorization of the pet's illness. One vet may call it vomiting, another may call it gastroenteritis. Same underlying disease but for claims this matters. It is frustrating to have a pet with the recurring SAME illness which via claims submission by veterinary front staff ends up called different things.
