I pay insurance for 4 years at 60 dollars a month. But when I have a claim they nickle and dime me to the point I have only gotten about 180 for the 600 that I spent when I actually needed them

User friendly
So far we are really satisfied with Lemonade Pet Insurance! We adopted a sweet 50lb mixed breed from the shelter and the claims reimbursement from just his initial wellness and vaccinations have almost already paid for themselves within just the first couple months! The app is so easy and makes filing claims a breeze.

Good service
I think Lemonade has been pretty good service. I feel like they get back to you for any questions or claims in a very timely manner. I only wish that insurance was paid directly to vet office but each company out there has different policy, that is the only thing I would change. Everything else has been outstanding and again the customer service is very courteous, professional, and timely. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Scam insurance-makes everything "pre-existing"
This is a total scam company. I just received an email that my claims on my cat will NOT be covered. They said that he had diarrhea over a year prior to getting the policy, so any illness he gets will not be covered. He ate a lizard and got diarrhea!!! So because I wanted to make sure that a living creature would be okay, this company punishes people and lies to them and says that everything will be considered "pre-existing." Do NOT get this insurance. Total scam!

Best Insurance Company Ever!
Lemonade insurance is by far the best insurance I have ever had! I started with their renter's insurance and I was so happy with their customer service and their turnaround time for claims., that when the Pet Insurance became available, I knew I had to switch over and add it to my insurance bundle.
My dog became very ill one night where we had to take him to the emergency hospital after-hours. The veterinarians had to do an exam, run blood work, use the x-ray machine twice (once initially and once for a follow-up), give him medications, an IV, and so much more. It was obviously a stressful situation with my poor pup but I felt comforted knowing that I was backed up by Lemonade's Pet Insurance. Once I filed my claim, I just needed to provide the medical summary and the invoice that was provided to me from the animal hospital. My claim was approved and the money was in my account 48 hours later. I only had to pay my deductible and the exam, which is not covered (but that is transparent in covered policy document they provide you when signing up).
I have had other Pet Insurance companies and their customer service and resolution time takes much longer, with coverages not being transparent so you have to pay much more out of pocket. Lemonade's monthly rates are very competitive and their customer service is superb. I 100% recommend using this insurance company.

Great Customer Service
This was my girl's first covered claim. Trupanion representatives walked me through it online and on the phone. Covered items are fair. I would absolutely recommend Trupanion to any pet owner. These days it's rare to deal with responsive customer service representatives promptly and in person.

Highly recommend Healthy Paws
We purchased a Healthy Paws policy when our dog was a puppy, and we have been extremely satisfied with the policy and the service. The company is clear what they will cover, and I have never had them argue a reimbursement. In fact, our dog recently had major leg surgery, and they covered it and sent us a reimbursement within 2 days of our claim submission! They are very easy to use with either the computer or the mobile app, and everything is taken care of quickly with automatic deposit.

Great Turn around and Easy Claim process

I am SO happy I purchased this insurance as my rescue dig has had numerous issues lately and I didn’t have to stress about cost
