When my family decided to get are Great Dane, Bella, as a puppy, I knew with big dogs come often times big problems. I never wanted to have to make a decision on the care of Bella based on money. After doing some research, I decided on Embrace and I am so happy I did!! Unfortunatly, in the four short years Bella has lived, she has had to endure two TPLO surguries as well as surgery for her stomach bloating. I know my dog is alive today because of Embrace. Their customer service is second to none. They do not nickle and dime the bill and they are very responsives. I cannot thank you enough and I talk to any pet owners who will listen about the benifits of insuring with Embrace. Once again, my family thanks you for standing behind your product through this difficult time with our beloved doggie, Bella!

Embrace has handled every claim that I've had with no problems. You can customize your plan to make your premiums higher or lower depending on what you choose and you can choose any vet that you want. I highly recommend Embrace.

Sadie our 3 yr old poodle was having breathing/wheezing/choking issues. Our vet wanted her seen by a cardiologist slight irregular heartbeat. After a complete cardio evaluation all heart issues were ruled out.Embrace completed the claim without issue

Good customer service with pleasant people on helplines. They processed my claim quickly. Sadly, I had a major expenditure that was not covered as it was discovered during the waiting period, but overall an important resource to have if one has pets.

Embrace covered everything they were supposed to. My dog hurt her leg and they covered the xray, pain medication, and exam. The claim took a little longer to process than it was supposed to but they kept me posted by email and were very easy to deal with. This is our first pet and I am glad I chose Embrace.

I am very thankful to have this insurance and I have recommended it to others. I selected this insurance in 2010, as the company I work for brokers this insurance plan. I never used it until recently when my dog was diagnosed with Intervertebral Disk Disease. Upon exploring the benefits of this amazing policy I discovered that alternative therapies are covered such as Acupuncture,Hydrotherapy, and Chiropractic services. Shortie has been seeing a wonderful Vet, Rebecca Fraser, who has an acupuncture practice as well. (www.fraservetacupuncture.com) The treatments have made all the difference in the world and the prompt turn around time for reimbursement by Healthy Paws for each claim submitted has been remarkable, it has not impacted my budget at all.
