Love Trupanion butâ¦â¦..
Took too long to process and had to ask a supervisor to intervene. I understand you were making some changes to your system but that should be your problem, not mine! Claims use to be paid much quicker. Given these are not new diagnoses they should go through flawlessly.

Trupanion has been the best
Trupanion has really worked for us. Every time I upload a claim I get a text response with updates. Would 100% recommend.
