Positive with one suggested improvement
Very positive. The company was efficient and timely with reimbursement.However,
an improvment that needs to be made to the current system would be to reimburse the vet directly so that your customer would only need to pay the deductible and out of pocket amount to their vet.

Well worth the cost enrolling in trupani
My claims r made through my vets office and it is extremely seamless and quick. Payments r made in a very timely manner. I just initiated direct deposit so I expect it will b even more timely. I am so glad my vet suggested trupanion; well worth it.
