Nationwide is a great company to deal with.
Our dog had several related and on related medical issues hit him over a very short period of time. We submitted numerous claims to cover all of his veterinary visits, nationwide review them and cover the cost of the veterinary treatment quickly. Thank you very much

Claim processed quickly
My Vet office submits the claim and then followed up with requested documentation. Claim processed quickly, EOB within 7 days of service.

Pets Best is fast, dependable and great.
They make it easy to file claims.and let you know that your claim has been received and being worked on. Pets best is very good in responding to calls and questions. I always recomend them to people at the veterinary hospital, Meridian Canine Rescue and anyone else looking for insurance. Treasure Valley Veterinary recommended them to me.

I love working with Pets Best
I have had to take my cat, SylvesterII to the vet every week, sometimes 2 times a week, for a broken foot and damaged (cut) toe. They have to put him out every time, as he is not a friendly cat. All claims to date have been covered and very thorough on explanations and refunds of monies. I love working with Pets Best. They are the best!

Good, But.....
Love this insurance, it always pays it self off, but it's a constant battle with claims. My vet has to constantly resubmit the claim because "Nationwide" didn't receive it, I have seen the fax confirmations from my vet but when I call nationwide claims it wasn't sent. Which then cause me to wait longer to get money back. Maybe check the fax machine to make sure it has paper?
