I've been with Embrace for a number of years and several dogs. I couldn't be happier with the prompt coverage and the courteous, knowledgeable service. I was with another company first and switched to Embrace. So glad I did.

My dog needed patellar luxation surgery. We submitted a claim. Embrace settled the claim with very few questions asked. Customer service was thorough in collecting the information needed to process the claim. And the payment was made quickly.

I suspected that my 7 month old puppy had got into my Ibuprofen and potentially swallowed 400 mg worth of the gel pills. I had to get immediate induced vomiting and a 2-day ER stay. Thankfully, he came out of the ER fine and healthy. When I submitted the claim form to Embrace, everyone I was in contact with was very helpful and friendly. I've recommended Embrace to friends and they have decided on using Embrace as well.

I generally don't write reviews, but I have been so happy with Healthy Paws that I feel compelled to share a positive review. Over the past year and 1/2, my dog has had a two knee surgeries, and most recently a strange immune system reaction where ultimately, she ended up at an emergency referral hospital for emergency overnight treatment. Upon submitting my claims, Healthy Paws immediately reviewed the invoices, communicated with me that they had been received and reviewed, and within a week, I had my reimbursement checks for my claims. Their professionalism is admirable. After much research about pet insurance, I am very happy I decided to get a Healthy Paws policy. These two experiences with Healthy Paws gives me peace of mind.

After my first cat, who has several health issues, I vowed to always get pet insurance for any pet that walked through my door. The really are interested and invested in helping people and their pets. We are so glad that we have Healthy Paws and can rest easy knowing that if a crisis arises, we have Healthy Paws on our side.

Trupanion has paid 90% of this cost. The turn around time from the day I send the claim form until I receive reimbursement averages 25 days. Trupanion also covered 90% of the extensive testing that was required to properly regulate her insulin dosage.
