You guys are great.

You guys are great. My only issue was getting pressure to file the claims online, which is a real challenge for me. A subsequent call was clarifying and I found out that my clinics actually initiate a claim when they send my paid invoices. Their action automatically files the claim, so the pressure for me to initiate was a moot but frustrating point.
