The reps were so very kind and helpful, and sympathetic during my call. I can't thank them enough. They got pre-approval in less than an hour, and dealt directly with the vet's office, during a really sensitive time so I only had to worry about my dog. I just made 1 phone call and it was all taken care of. I give them my highest recommendation to all pet owners.

I was so sad when I found out my dog needed surgery. Anytime the word surgery comes up I think of several things. The first thing is that my dog will be under anesthesia and in pain .I feel bad that my dog will be in pain.Anesthesia is always scary! Surgery usually turns out to be very expensive. I'm very glad I made the decision to purchase pet insurance from Nationwide. Having dog insurance has enabled me to give my dog the best care. Each time I have sent a claim to Nationwide they reimburse me very quickly ! After the surgery I received a huge bill. I was reimburse about two weeks later maybe earlier. I'm grateful to Nationwide for their great customer service and easy reimbursement . Wish human insurance was thus easy. Lol I recommend Nationwide pet insurance to all my friends . Nationwide was very supportive in coverage related to Jillie Moons problems related to gastronomic issues. She is doing great.

We have been so surprised at how pleasant and easy it is to work with the staff of Embrace. It actually feels like they are supportive and want to help us care for our Great Dane, Sophie. We bought insurance for her when she was just a few months old. She just turned 2 yrs. She was really sick and had to be hospitalized a year ago, and Embrace was there to quickly reimburse all covered charges quickly. They also have quickly paid all wellness care costs that our policy covers. We highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance. They are really a top notch company!

I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for my boy for the past 6 years. At one point I considered dropping the insurance because I was paying the premium but never used it. Well, let me just say I am so very thankful I didn't. Last year my boy became very sick and Embrace was with us 110%. They quickly provided pre-approval for costly testing, covered his expenses, and stayed in contact with me to see how he was doing. No better pet insurance out there!
