I never recommend any type of services to others because each situation is different. I DID recommend your insurance to other pet owners because of your wonderful customer service, explicit explanation of benefits (no surprises), and quick processing times. It is rare to actually count on a company to provide a quality product these days. Stay your course! Thank you.

wonderful service for Lucky and I feel that he is in good hands when it comes to his vets/insurance company nice to know that.
I enjoy knowing that Lucky is in good hands with nationwide, and that no matter what would happen to him nationwide is there.

Completely a waste of money
I submitted several claims for my dog's torn ACL ( all the same injury) for cold laser therapy treatment and finally received their decision laiming it was aporoved; however they claim that the deductible was equal to or less than in the policy. So they wouldn't reimburse me anything. It was the same injury that was treated. I paid for this insurance fir over 2 year's and I discovered they offer no benefits worth my time or money.
I put my cats on a different insursnce company and am quite pleased with them and was reimbursed several thousand dollars and they have much better coverage than Trupanion has.
My recommendation is, don't consider this company for your pet's insurance, they're liers and crooks.

It is such s relief to know I can get the tests and medications for Zoey when she any issues that arise.
Zoey is doing better now with medications. It is a relief that we have insurance to help her when she is in need of medical care that can be quite costly.

Pets Best has been great
Pets Best has been great in providing insurance for our beloved dog, Graham. They have an on-call vet service that has been extremely helpful to us. They are very responsive and the reimbursement for wellness and emergencies have been satisfying.
