We researched several different pet insurances and are so glad that we selected Healthy Paws. We have only had our little Percy with us for less then 6 months and at age 11mths he stopped walking on a back paw with no warning or injury. We had to rush him into the Vet and then to a specialist - learning that he had avascular necrosis and would need immediate surgery. Healthy Paws worked with us every step of the way to ensure all the claims we processed were completed quickly. They even checked in to see how he was doing!

When you have an easy going dog who gives as much love as she gets, and something goes wrong, you want to know that you're giving her the best care. Then when the crisis subsides, knowing your insurance is there to help you through is priceless. Having online submission & direct deposit takes the stress out of the "business" of our dog's healthcare.

Sometimes you want to save your pet, but you just don't have the money. With that said, I was so happy I had insurance when Socks got sick. The process was easy and the reimbursement fast. I have been with this pet insurance company for more than 10 years. I have Nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about them. My Saint Bernard Pandora seemed to always be the kid needing treatment. I have filed several claims over the years & the last one being just a week ago. Pandora had to go to ER vet over the weekend before the holidays & the bill was $2300.00. She didnt eat for couple of days & then had bloody diarrea. My poor baby needed IV fluids & test after test to see what the problem was. She had ultra sound, blood work & many other things. Was called Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis. Thankfully 2 days later she was able to come home & is now 100% better. I knew once I filled the claim it was a short time before getting credit for a chunk of the bill. Filled last Sat & 5 days later It was complete. Wow, is what this company are all about. They do have caps on most things that are concidered resonable cost for each State but do a Very good job at paying out & explaining every detail of the bill. I knew going to ER vet I sellected was way more expensive than some but I knew I was getting the quality of care for my dog so took her there not the cheaper closer place. They paid over $1600 for the claim so I was Very pleased. I have the 80/20 plan, I pay 20% they pay 80% of what is resonable costs. It is with Great custumer service & payout that I reccomend this company above all others to all my friends & clients I meet. I am a pet sitter & dog walk

Healthy Paws has so far come through with everything that they have promised with no hassle. My poor dog is suffering from joint problems despite being a young dong that may be immune mediated, and has needed many tests. Needless to say, these tests are not cheap. Healthy Paws has so far paid exactly what they promised when I signed up. A $100 yearly deductible and 90% of bills. They don't cover visit fees, but they stated that when I signed up. I am not rich by any means, nor want to order up every test in a blind panic, but I do want my dog to get better and using Healthy Paws has been extraordinarily good at easing my mind when it comes to my little dog. When my vet was delaying getting records sent to them, their customer service called me personally and offered to call the vet to get them, and did! I am very pleased with their consideration. Their forms are clear and simple, and it is easy to contact them. So far I would highly and wholeheartedly recommend them to any prospective dog owner. I hope they continue their high level of service in the years to come.

First I must say I researched several pet insurance companies prior to selecting Embrace. I am very happy that I went with them. Our dog had an intesintal blockage that required that he have 4 feet of his intestines removed since it was tied up and damaged. After several visits to the PetER, a major surgery and a visit to a specialty surgeon the bills came rolling in. Embrace delivered on their promise remibursing us for the claim. It was straight forward and they paid 90% of every invoice that was submitted. Embrace saved the day!

After finding out that skin/dermatology was covered under my insurance I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. The vet faxed the claim information the same day; however, after 3 weeks of not hearing from Embrace I called them to check on the claim. The representative I spoke with was great and asked if I had checked my "spam" mail folder because sometimes emails get directed there. I did and found my correspondence from Embrace. Great customer service. If you have a question they rep is easy to talk to and can explain terms clearly. Thank goodness for pet insurance other wise I'd be paying a lot more.

On the Sunday before Christmas (3 weeks after a full checkup showing NOTHING wrong), our dog Finn had to be rushed to the vet with a ruptured spleen. He was bleeding out in his abdomen. He had to have an emergency spleenectomy immediately. Because we had Embrace, we could tell them to operate, without spending time trying to figure out the finances and whether we could afford this very expensive surgery. Instead, we had the best surgeons and care for our Finn with no worries. We could concentrate on taking care of his recovery and counting our blessings we still had our sweet boy with us. We came so close to losing him. Even now I still tear up thinking about it. Just the time trying to figure out how much everything cost and what we could do could have cost us his life.Of course the claim was processed very quick and the check is on the way.
