Very confused and upset regarding one of the confirming emails I received regarding invoices we faxed in and I called in about it and was more confused when I got off the phone than I was when I called which is not usual when I talk to customer service.

Could not be happier with your service, promptness and overall care coverage for my best friend. I always suggest to anyone that has a dog or cat to really consider getting Nationwide coverage for their pet.Thank you very much

Purchasing Nationwide insurance for my cat was the BEST DECISION EVER! We adopted Frankie from NAWS and while he had a few pre-existing conditions that i knew wouldn't be covered right away i did not expect him to develop a serious case of FLUTD, urinary infections, crystals etc. Poor thing had to be hospitalized and is on a special diet now which seems to be working. Approximately $2000 later i was thrilled to find out it was a covered expense! The whole process went so smoothly and payment was timely. Most people I tell this story to can't believe how well it went! Thanks Nationwide!

This was the best decision I’ve ever made. The monthly fee is reasonable and I have save thousands of dollars over the years. It’s so easy to submit a claim and it just got easier with VitusVet. All you have to do is take a picture of the recipe and hit submit claim. I love that they also offer direct deposit and it doesn’t take that long for them to review a claim. I would buy this insurance for every dog I own.
