This insurance house helping me provide the best care for my older dog that has multiple health problems. I really don't know what I would have done without it because the procedures he has needed we're very expensive. I really am grateful for this insurance company who has helped me keep my little Toby in my life.

I have had a policy with Nationwide for about 2 years and I absolutely love the Whole Pet with wellness coverage. It helps knowing tht in the event of something drastic happening to my dogs, they will be covered up to 90%

Very quick claim turnaround and no issues yet with coverage. I'm glad I made the decision to get coverage for my fur-baby.

We have been insured with Embrace for approximately 5 years and until recently never had a substantial claim. Although we tried going the conservative way by getting a brace we ended up having to have surgery for a torn ACL. They have taken great care and covered the brace, surgery and physical therapy. My only concern was that once our dog turned 5 (even though we had no claims other than minor things) the rates went up substantially and so we had to reduce our coverage and raise the deductible in order for us to be able to keep her insured, which thankfully, we had during this difficult time.

My Brother in Law is a Vet and highly recommended Nationwide's Whole Pet and Wellness Policy. I am so glad that he had done all of the research and works with Pet Insurance regularly... I have been so impressed with their Service and Coverage!! Everything has been easy to process and their responses are surprisingly quick. I have recommended this specific policy to all of my friends and coworkers that have pets

My satisfaction with Embrace has unfortunately lessened in the past year. I have received three different sets of instructions as to how best claim medications purchased online (but with my vet's Rx). The inconsistency is confusing, and I did have one claim rejected based on a pre-existing mass my dog had, only the vet invoice says nothing about a mass... However I must still say that customer service responds quickly to my questions and they are pleasant and the hold time is minimal. And I have not had any issue with Embrace until this past year.

Embrace Pet Insurance provides great insurance protection for your family member. They have great plans with a variety of options to choose from with reasonable prices and I love how they offer a wellness program that you can add to your policy. They also make it very easy for you to file your claims by providing various ways to submit your documents like mail or email. They also have a great customer service team who process your claims within one to two weeks and they are available to answer any of your questions. Overall I would definitely recommend Embrace.

I didn't need to use Embrace for the first several years I had Bentley. He was just too healthy. His 7th year of life has brought about some older age problems and I've had to use the vet a few times. Embrace has reimbursed my reimbursable expenses quickly and, most importantly, explained them to me fully.
