Efficient effective communication between Trupanion and the client- keep it up!!

About 3 1/2 years ago when I got my baby pug, I spent hours researching available insurance coverage. I settled on what was then called VPI and now known as Nationwide. I've always been extremely happy with the service and, in particular, the caring folks that have handled my claims. Top that off with efficient and extremely fast service in processing claims and, well, I am one happy customer. I don't usually write reviews, but Nationwide deserves praise for their outstanding service. My pug has already had his fair share of issues from allergies to pneumonia to a few things in between. Nationwide has truly been there for us. As they are for routine stuff like vaccines, heart worm meds, flea/tick meds and all the general stuff us pet parents provide. You really can count on Nationwide being there EVERY TIME!!

I could not have made a better choice in a pet insurance provider. Embrace has kept their promise and covered our Darwin's medical expenses. Their support has been invaluable. Without pet insurance I/we would have had to make a very difficult decision. Darwin's medical cost have been very costly, time consuming, and stressful. Selecting Embrace Pet Insurance was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

ASPCA has always been super comforting with family things that occur. They call and follow up to see how everyone is. I had a pet pass away and they sent me a card. It was so touching and confirmed why I stay with ASPCA! Thank you for everything!

This insurance is Great and Very Responsive!! I would highly recommend Nationwide to any pet owner that is looking for pet insurance.

I do not agree with how the bill for my dogs leg injury is being handled.
