I’ve been with this company for many years and have been pleased so far.

We are coming on the year since our pup was diagnosed with doggy version of Addison's disease. While this already not a common disease for pups, it's especially rare in chihuahua mixed breeds (dachshund is her suspected side breed). Now, she's on medications for the rest of her life. Pets Best was my insurance choice based on the vet techs recommendation, and I have not been disappointed with any of the services thru the years since we first rescued her. And now my Vet tells us he has a story to share with other doctors at conventions and meet-ups about the rare "unicorn" pup patient of his! :)

We have had Nationwide pet insurance for 13 years now and love it. They always pay their 90%. The claim turn around time could be a little faster, but that is my only complaint.

The statement is ok just a little confusing. You kinda gotta learn how to read it. But other than that good experience.

I am so happy I have pet insurance on my playful energetic dog. It has been well worth the cost. He is reaching middle age and needed a teeth cleaning and he has had a few other health issues this year that he has not had in the past. Peace of mind that I can afford the doctor visits, if needed.

I am very happy with the claim process with Pets Best. Very easy to navigate online. Always quick response via email. I just noticed that the Claims are starting to take longer to process. That's my only criticism. I recommend PB to everyone with pets.

Nationwide pet insurance has saved my wallet as we have three dogs and one of them is diabetic as well having other medical issues since we adopted her. But she is happy and healthy now.
