While Michael was very helpful, the comments I have are more comprehensive. We are facing the worst nightmare of pet owners. Both are beloved pets are leaving us. One already was in so much pain that we had to put him to sleep about 2 weeks ago. We are now told that our collie has cancer has well and only a few weeks to be with us. We of course are devastated. Our hearts are broken. Trupanion has been a great help to us since we joined in 2011. I cannot imagine being able to give the care we did for our pups without their help. This is the kind of company that will be there for you. The process to place claims and receive what they have promised is a given. There is no better choice than this company. With time and a lot of prayer, one day we hope to share our home with another loving dog although right now the thought is unimaginable. I can assure you all that as soon as we get this pup, Trupanion will be the 1st call we make to sign us up for their care. My unending thanks and appreciation for the company that stands by what they promise and allow their customers to take the very best care available for their loving pets

This is the biggest waste of money. I've paid out over $900 in premiums ... submitted a claim for neutering and it was rejected. Had I put the $52 aside each month, I would have a pile of money to pay the neutering fee without any of the nonsense and red tape. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign up with Trupanion.

I'm so happy that I invested in pet insurance with Healthy Paws. My 11-month old kitten developed a spinal condition that required many expensive tests and treatments, and Healthy Paws paid the claims within a reasonable time, after all documentation had been properly provided, including my kitten's acupuncture! I would highly recommend pet insurance, and specifically Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. The only reason I did not give a 10 is because there was a lag between my claim and reimbursement. Even though I had supplied the necessary documentation, a second review (after a prompt from me via email) revealed everything was in order. After that everything moved forward quickly.

My little Evian is very happy and feeling in tip top doggy shape. Especially knowing that his mom got most her money back from Nationwide for the vet visit!

We have two dogs insured with Embrace and have been customers for over 5 years. I am so impresses with this company. They are easy to work with, efficient, and genuinely seem to care about our precious pups. We highly recommend Embrace to all pet owners.

Our dog got hit by a car and had to have surgery to repair her broken front leg. Also had an infection and some additional sugary to remove plate and screws at a later date. Completely covered. Very easy filing process and the return happened in a very timely
