A Must Have!
My rescue came with a trial MetLife Pet Insurance policy. I used it almost immediately and it was so easy to fill a claim. Reimbursement came quickly. In the proceeding months, I extended the policy and after my deducted was met, all claims are reimbursed at 100%. Great customer service; someone always answers. Quick processing too.

Spot The Imperfection!
Spot has been wonderful at every step since me and my wife first covered our retriever Ollie at 2yo. The customer service, professionalism, and benefits are truly unmatched in the space. Can’t believe the lengths Spot goes on a frequent basis especially compared to providers I’ve had for past pets.

Could not be more pleased
Just had occasion to make two separate claims and I just want to say publicly that Trupanions easy and seamless interface for making a claim and the speed with which they communicate, approve, and deposit funds is really stellar. Cannot be more pleased with Trupanion as my pet insurance provider!

Better than expected!
Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect when I got this coverage, but good thing I did. We ended up having to file a claim only a couple months after having the coverage. The process is quick, simple and claims are paid quickly directly into my bank account. We have Nationwide for our other dog and plan on switching him over to Lemonade.
