Teddy Has Insurance, Not all CSR Reps are Equal if you get a bad one call again!
My initial experiences to ask questions about coverage and plan were great. My initial call to enroll with the rep was horrible, the rep had an attitude, she kept talking over me and was not polite or professional, so much that I decided to hang up and contemplate if I wanted to deal with this poor customer service in the future and I wasn't even a customer yet!
I decided to cool off and wait and hour and try to call again, if I got another rude rep then I would move onto my second choice of carrier. Thankfully this rep was very polite, happy, patient, listened and did simple clear explanations of what I should expect and waited for me to login and confirm receipt of policy information. She was very helpful and knowledgable. You should give her a bonus and fire the other rep, the other rep will make you lose a lot of business with that attitude. She seemed like she hated her job and being forced to do it. The second rep that enrolled with was polar opposite and exactly what I would expect when calling a company I AM CHOOSing to do business with.
