Customer service is very helpful.
My dog had a surgery coming up and I was very nervous being a 21 year old and having to pay for a $700 surgery. I called and spoke to Alfonso and many other customer service workers and they helped me so much. Alfonso was able to keep in contact throughout the week to get my pups medical records and get me preapproved so I was aware of what I was getting back. Everything was great, can’t say enough great things! Have already recommended to so many friends!

Nationwide Pet Insurance has been honest, fair, and fast.
I have no complaints about our pet insurance. Quite the opposite. Our current Airedale has had some problems as he has aged, and Nationwide has covered many of his treatments. They have done so honestly, fairly, and quickly. Our policy is well worth the money. We began with our pet insurance policy when it was known as VPI, about fifteen years ago with a previous Airedale.

Thank God for Pet Insurance
I have 3 pets covered by Nationwide and it helped alot. The vet can be expensive so knowing I will get money back is wonderful. My youngest probably wont even make his deductible so I will lose money on him but Baci and Bagheera have been blessed by this plan.

Nationwide is there when you need them
I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for a previous dog, Lucy, as well as my current dog, Rocky. Filing a claim was easy. Now there is electronic payments directly into my account. I have called Customer Service a few times and found the reps very helpful.

Ravens' visit at the vets went well, medicine really helped and she is doing well and back to romping and playing!!
Nationwide is a saver. Raven is on special food for allergies and I am so heartedly thankful to Nationwide for covering her food. and for everything that Raven has encountered.
