Claims could be quicker.
Previously I received good service with a good turn around of my claims, however, with the most recent claims it is taking quite some time for their approval. Unfortunately this is an end of life situation and frankly I am running out of credit to continue with his care. This is extremely frustrating for me.

I am having a hard time getting Trupanion to pay their fair share of my veterinarian bills. It takes several times to send in an appeal to get things paid correctly. This is a hassle and a waste of time but what else can I do Iâve been paying eight years on the insurance and never used it until now.
