Effortless claims process. Our vet submitted the claim electronically at time of service, and received immediate authorization. We paid our deductible and co-pay, and within a few hours received an email from TruPanion with an itemized statement.

I have selected Nationwide Pet Insurance for my Toy Poodle now 10 months old. He has received Wellness Care as a puppy. He recently was treated for an illness. My experience with Nationwide Pet Insurance began when I called for information and I was given the courtesy of receiving answers to my concerns. I needed call as a followup and received the same courtesy from another agent. My veterinary claims have been processed in a timely manner. The email system being used by Nationwide to inform of their receiving a claim and processing the claim is greatly appreciated. I am thankful that Nationwide Pet Insurance was suggested to me by a family member.

When our dog needed surgery and x-rays, it gave us so much peace of mind to have healthy Pet Pet insurance. They are so easy to deal with and prompt in their claims processing!

Nationwide has excellent customer service and quick claims processing. My only issue is the limits on each injury/illness. The limits are way to low for how much I pay per month. I have two other dogs that are with Embrace Insurance because of this. My Golden is too old to change at this point.

Nationwide has been such a huge help with our problem child dog. Our dog before her was a very old boxer when he got cancer and we didn't have insurance on him so the stress of his treatments on top of the stress about mone was really difficult. nationwide has completely taken the financial stress off our shoulders for Birdie though and we're so grateful. Their claims have a very fast turn around and their customer service team is always helpful.

The fairly quick response really helps. For those of us who are retired, putting out money for our animal's medical is a hardship. Getting the refund fast, really helps.
