I never had pet insurance for any of my other dogs and I think this is great to have pet insurance.

When I hear of someone getting a new pet, the first thing I tell them is "get pet insurance through Nationwide". Best protection and no hidden costs. Peace of Mind!

I have never had a situation with Nationwide. Take Kingston to vet; send receipt to them and within appropriate time manner, check deposited.

We tried submitting our claim through the VitusVet app per the suggestion of Nationwide. However, there was no confirmation email for the submission for the claim and then it did not show up in our account after 48 hours so we submitted the claim via email (per the previous method). Only later after a week, did we see the VitusVet claim register in our account. It created confusion and multiple duplicate claim submissions.

My French Bulldog May was not feeling well and after two days visited our veterinarian. She had xrays and tests which resulted in high costs but was given medication and recovered quickly. Thanks to my insurance coverage. Most of the costs for her care was returned. The claim process was simple and the check arrived promptly after I filed. Owning three dogs makes pet insurance a must for me.

I honestly couldn’t say enough about how amazing Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has been for me and my extra large dog, Karl. They have always come through with EVERY claim I have submitted to them and they do it super fast and it direct deposits right to my account. I have a very accident prone, large pitbull and he recently had a major surgery to repair his torn CCL and meniscus and healthy paws was right there making me feel SO much more at ease over an already overwhelming situation. I have recommended them to everyone I know and even had many people sign up as a result. I have also talked to other people who have plans with different companies and they have issues with them. I have never had any issues with this company and I will use them always! They also have many different plan options you can choose from. I was honestly ready to cancel after a rate increase when my dog turned 3. It paid off in the end when she needed acl surgery it was all covered except our $250 deductible. The claim process is slow though
