Claims couln't be easier
I reviewed all the Pet insurances and compared them and Healthy Paws came out on top of them all, esp. for the cost of the premium. It was 1/2 what some wanted to charge for what we needed.
Then 2 months after getting Healthy Paws insurance for our beloved dog, Zeke, he was diagnosed with mediastinal lymphosarcoma. Healthy Paws was wonderful about paying his claims and made it so easy for us to submit them. Never did they question a charge. Sadly Zeke passed away but we know we did the very best we could for him and Healthy Paws took the financial sting out of his treatments.

Super fast service! Whew!
I submitted my claim for my almost 9 year old dog for a breathing and coughing issue. The vet bill was much higher than I expected ~ mostly because it was an urgent visit and they squeezed me in to address the issue immediately. In addition to the breathing and coughing issue, my dog lost interest in his food (MAJOR RED FLAG), so we were very concerned about his health.
a lot of money later, he is improving and my worst fear (Cancer) was not the issue! whew!
I submitted my documents as soon as I got out of the vet office and got an email the next day that my claim was approved and taken care of !!!
Embrace has given me the best peace of mind for my precious dog, Chance.

Very helpful
It is very helpful for us seniors who are on fixed diets and it allows us to keep our pet. Our dog got bronchitis and if it was for insurance it would have meant a very sick dog with us trying to self medicate or going with out grocerys. Wish price didn't increase with age it makes it harder on us

When your dog is over 8 they raise your rate
My dog turned 8 last year, and my insurance rate went up 10 dollars. This year when he turned 9, it went up almost 15 dollars. I never used the insurance and have had it for 4 years. I finally canceled and they didn't even put up a fight which leads me to believe they wanted me to cancel.

Healthy Paws is excellent. I can't say enough good things about them. The claim submission process couldn't be easier and they reimburse you quickly. The customer service department is very good should you ever need them. I never thought I would need insurance when I got my new puppy but thank God I did.I highly recommend them, I give them 10 stars!!!!

Sonny
I can only say that I am so happy that I did purchase the insurance for all three of my animals. I have 2 cats and 1 black lab. My Orange cat Sonny did end up getting really sick last year. He has something called Degenerative Mural Lymphoplasmacyctic folliculitis. He did get really sick my poor little boy. Embrace was able to cover 80% of the doctors bills. I am so grateful for Embrace. I was able to worry about my Sonny instead of having to worry about how I was going to pay for all this. He has finally started to gain weight again. He had lost a lot of his body weight do to this illness. He never stopped eating. He just kept losing weight. Talk about frightening to see a perfectly healthy cat waste away to not being able to even get up to make it to the litter box. We would have to carry him to the litter box in the am and after work and before bed. Today he is getting around on his own again, and has started to gain weight. His orange strips are also coming back. Thanks to Embrace I was able to get him to the right doctors and now he's hopefully on the way to recovery!

I will always cover my Pets with EMBRACE
My Bernese Mountain Dog BEAR has been sick with some sort of nasal issue, loss of appetite. Thankfully it was not life-threatening at 9 years old, but the vet bills piles up after taking him for extensive testing at a prestigious vet hospital. First bill was $3400.00. There are a couple more, but EMBRACE processed the claim quickly and covered it exactly as advertised. 80% of the entire invoice after my deductible. No hassle, no haggle... Simple and professional.
This insurance is a life-saver toward a pets later years when some issues can become very expensive. Thanks EMBRACE.

Satisfied
I've never used another pet insurance, so I don't have anything to compare ASPCA to but I have been overall satisfied. Feel that as the years have gone on I have had an easier time submitting claims (due to technology updates) and have also been more satisfied with my coverage/reimbursements. Overall user friendly and great customer service. When I have questions they are answered quickly and accurately. Helps me understand coverage at every turn.

Wonderful experience
We purchased this insurance for our Morkie who was six years old a and our concern was that she possibly had esophagus problems. She fortunately did not have this problem, but unfortunately while being playful and running in the yard, she ruptured her cruciate ligament. We submitted a bill for close to $4,000 and were reimbursed appropriately within two weeks. Very happy with their service. Very prompt and courteous.
