Trupanion provides excellent service. The web site is very easy to use. It takes only a small amount of time to enter invoice information. I have called them with a question a few times, and everyone I have spoken with has been friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The really great thing is that you actually speak to a human and not a mechanical voice. I really appreciated that when my dog was ill.
