fix my portal than I will be happy
I have asked several times to get my portal fixed and nothing has happened. I asked to have mine deleted so I can try again to see if it works and of course has not been done.

extremely impressed with their service
I have had my 2 pets enrolled in Trupanion since 2010 and have been extremely impressed with their service and timeliness in handling claims, both via email and via phone. The web site where I can access claim info and download claim forms has been very useful.
